Original Japanese Title: "Jisatsu Manyuara"

Three young men and women who meet at the “Net" committed group suicide by igniting briquettes of a clay portable cooking stove in a vacant apartment room. "Yu" is a director and "Rie" she is an assistant director at the local TV station and they cover the story. A mysterious woman who appears on a suicide web-site goes by the name Ricky. She mentions a DVD called the, The Manual" which shows a variety of ways to die. Yu and Rie are covering the case they reached of a psychic teacher who said, "The soul of the dead person becomes a suicide soul, troublesome, wandering and obsessive, leading to the deaths of others." People watching the DVD are committing suicide one after another. Suicide Manual 1 opened at the Shibuya Ciné la Sept in Tokyo.
